Questions, answered gently

The questions
beneath the questions.

There is no wrong question to ask. The ones beneath the first question are often about trust, closeness, and whether you are ready. We meet both with care.

What happens after I submit our story?+

A Preservation Concierge reviews your submission and reaches out by your chosen communication preference. The early conversation is about them, the garment you are considering, and what you need to feel comfortable. There is no commitment by submitting.

Will I be asked to send ashes right away?+

No. We never request ashes before your artwork is approved and your purchase is complete.

Can I talk to someone before I begin?+

Yes. You can contact a Preservation Concierge before submitting, after submitting, or at any point in the journey.

What is included in the price?+

The Original includes bespoke artwork, individual handling, preservation, custody documentation, the Reveal Box, a Certificate of Preservation, care guidance, quality review, and return of any unused entrusted material.

Can our family contribute to the design?+

Your story and favorite photograph are central to the design process. You approve the artwork before an order moves forward.

Is Safe Passage public?+

No. The private guidance is released only after a customer’s artwork approval, purchase, and kit shipment.

Can I begin if I am not ready to decide today?+

Yes. Telling us about them only opens a conversation. You may ask questions, take time, or decide the moment is not right. There is no obligation to continue.

When will I know what happens next?+

After your story is received, a Preservation Concierge follows up using the contact method you choose.

Can more than one family member help tell their story?+

Absolutely. The people who loved them often remember different little things. You are welcome to gather the memories, photographs, and details that best reflect who they were.

How long does the experience take?+

The pace depends on artwork approval, garment selection, and the care each piece requires. Your Preservation Concierge will explain the expected timing before you proceed.

You are allowed to pause. If anything feels unclear or emotionally difficult, a Preservation Concierge can help you understand what comes next.
